Adriana Cortes Luna is a public affairs strategist, organizer, and training professional with over a decade of experience advancing policy, communications, and leadership development. She currently serves as an Organizer with the Working Families Party, where she leads campaign operations, supports progressive candidates, and has helped grow regional membership by 500%. Adriana has shaped narrative strategy for historic labor victories like California’s AB 257 Fast Food Recovery Act and directed the documentary 100 Days After DACA. She is a trained restorative practices facilitator and has led conflict resolution work across education, legal, and political spaces. Adriana holds a BA in Political Science and an MPA, and serves as Vice President of the CHCI SoCal Alumni Board.
