Angelique Guzman

Angelique Guzman is actively involved in several school-based and community organizations that reflect her commitment to leadership, civic engagement, and public service. At school, she serves as the Vice President of Student Council, Captain of the Debate Team, and Founder of the Mock Trial Club. Angelique is also a member of the National Honor Society, Dance Club, and a Peer Mentor, where she helps manage social media. Additionally, Angelique manages the Tennis Team. Outside of school, she serve as the President and Social Media Manager of the North River Youth Council, a nonprofit focused on youth-led community initiatives. She also volunteered with the Know Your Rights Campaign, where she organized outreach efforts and created bilingual legal resources. Her civic involvement includes being an intern at the 40th Ward Office, a volunteer for the Lightfoot for Chicago mayoral campaign, a Chicago Debates judge, and an election judge in the 2024 General Election. Angelique also volunteer as a Spanish-English medical translator for elderly community members.
