Emanuel Hernandez Gomez

Emanuel Hernandez Gomez is the son of Mexican immigrants Esmeralda Hernandez and Alfredo Hernandez. He attends McLoughlin High School, located in Milton-Freewater, Oregon and currently serves as his school’s ASB Vice President and is the student representative on the school board. He is a proud officer in both the Key Club and Future Business Leaders of America and a member of the National Honor Society. Emanuel played on the 2023 Oregon state champion soccer team for MHS. In his free time, he enjoys community service, running, and seeking out more opportunities, like CHCI NextGen. Emanuel enjoys working with children and has volunteered as an outdoor school camp counselor. During the summer, he works as a camp counselor for the Walla Walla YMCA. He envisions a future in the field of Dentistry. Emanuel hopes to bring back more leadership skills from this program to his community.
