Jessica Arevalo serves as Counsel to Senator Brian Schatz (D-Hawaii) where she leads the portfolio on judiciary, census, and civil rights issues. Born in Peru and raised in Florida, Jessica received her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University with a BA in economics and international relations. Jessica then received her law degree from Emory University School of Law and is barred in the District of Columbia. She also has experience working on political campaigns and for nonprofit organizations.
