Shemill Cabrera is a rising senior, and she chose to apply for CHCI NextGen because she wanted more leadership experience outside of her hometown. Shemill was born in the Dominican Republic, and migrated to the U.S. when she was just three years old. She aspires of going into clinical social work and loves to help people. She dreams of going to college somewhere in the city of boston and is excited to see what her senior year brings. Shemill is passionate about anything she sets her mind to and doesn’t intend to back down from any challenge. She can often come across as shy, but once you really get to know her, her true personality starts to shine. Shemill is very goal oriented and is driven towards doing what is best for her future.
