Silvano Mora is pursuing a degree in Accounting and Analytics at California State University, East Bay. During the summer of 2025, he interned at Ernst & Young in San Francisco in their Audit and Assurance practice within Tech industry. On campus, he serves as Chief of Staff for the Association of Latino Professionals for America and as Vice President of Outreach for Beta Alpha Psi, the university’s accounting honors society. He also volunteers with the IRS’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, helping low-income families file tax returns. He is a Career Preparation Fellow with Management Leadership for Tomorrow, Class of 2027.
Silvano is deeply committed to uplifting others as he climbs. He has led outreach, supported recruiting pipelines, and helped guide fellow first-generation students who are building their own paths in business and finance. While in Washington, DC, Silvano hopes to deepen his understanding of how finance and policy intersect and learn how public leadership can drive meaningful change. He looks forward to growing through the CHCI network and carrying this experience into a future career in corporate finance.
