Natalie Armijo brings nearly two decades of experience working in and around government at both the state and federal levels, with deep expertise in public policy, legislative strategy, and strategic communications. She currently serves as Director of Federal Legislative Affairs at T-Mobile, where she leads federal advocacy on key telecommunications, technology, and innovation policy issues. In this role, Natalie helps advance T-Mobile’s legislative priorities before Congress and federal agencies, focusing on spectrum policy, public safety, and infrastructure initiatives that expand connectivity and innovation nationwide.

Before joining T-Mobile in August 2024, Natalie served as a Strategist at Federal Street Strategies, a full-service, multi-client government relations firm in Washington, D.C., where she represented more than two dozen clients across the technology, telecommunications, and energy sectors. Earlier in her career, she spent several years on Capitol Hill, serving as Deputy Chief of Staff and later Chief of Staff to former Congresswoman and Chairwoman of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, Michelle Lujan Grisham (D-NM). She later continued her public service as Special Projects Lead for New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, supporting key state initiatives and federal engagement. Natalie began her career at Sandia National Laboratories, where she managed multimillion-dollar programs and led communications for high-profile visits by Members of Congress and Cabinet officials.

Her extensive experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors has equipped her with a broad perspective and the ability to bridge diverse viewpoints to achieve meaningful results. A proud New Mexico native, Natalie earned a dual degree in Spanish and Mass Communications & Journalism from the University of New Mexico, followed by an MBA from UNM’s Anderson School of Management. She is known for her collaborative approach, practical leadership style, and commitment to building trusted relationships across government and industry. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys cooking, buying and selling cowboy boots, and spending time with her friends, family and Bernedoodles, Chewie and Mama.
