Paula Alderete

Paula is a Senior Manager within the Strategic Events team at CHCI. She works to create memorable, authentic, and meaningful experiential events. 

Her time as Student Coordinator for undocumented students at the Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Multicultural Education (ODIME) at George Mason University allowed her to learn the inner workings of event management as she created, managed, and executed logistics and curriculums for quarterly Undocu-Ally trainings. Moreover, her involvement in student activism and local immigration policy from a young age has fueled her passion for civic community engagement.

Now, at CHCI, Paula is able to continue her personal mission of serving her immigrant and Latine community. She is thankful for the opportunities CHCI has provided her as she continues to learn more about her own “Latinidad” and grow her first-gen experiences.
