For more than 20 years, Toyota and its suppliers and dealers have been a generous supporter of CHCI and its mission, investing more than $4.1 million on educating and developing the next generation of Latino leaders.

Over the course of its partnership with CHCI, Toyota has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the CHCI mission of educating, empowering, and connecting America’s future Latino leaders. Through its longstanding support of CHCI’s landmark Hispanic Heritage Month events, including its hosting of the 33rd CHCI Annual Awards Gala in 2010, Toyota has graciously lent its international brand prominence to aid in elevating CHCI’s mission and spreading CHCI’s message nationwide.

By supporting CHCI’s scholarship program through the annual Fiesta de Golf Scholarship Challenge, Toyota has played a key role in enabling promising young scholars to achieve their educational goals.

Toyota has also directly supported CHCI’s mission by connecting the best of its own corporate executives with CHCI. Through the service of Toyota executives on CHCI’s Advisory Council, Toyota has provided crucial expertise needed for strategic planning, helped manage the rapid growth presently experienced by the organization, and further expanded CHCI’s powerful network of leaders.

In addition to its support of CHCI and its events, Toyota is the title sponsor of CHCI’s Congressional Internship program which empowers hundreds of promising young Latinos every year to realize their potential as future leaders of America.

“Not many get to experience what we got to in the past 8 weeks…As I leave CHCI I know that this program has developed me as a person and as a leader. I will go back to New Mexico with a whole new set of skills and the confidence to use them. It is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity.”
