Each year, CHCI expands the horizons of more than 1,600 young Latino leaders. From high school to graduate students, CHCI works tirelessly to ensure that the workforce of the future reflects the community of today.

Fellowship Programs

Paid programs for college graduates and master’s degree recipients from August 2017 – May 2018.

CHCI is offers exceptional Latino college and post-graduates from across the country the chance to participate in a nine-month, all expenses paid, in Washington, D.C.
