Washington D.C. – February 26, 2019. The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) and the University of Southern California Sol Price School of Public Policy (USC Price) have partnered to award scholarships to emerging Latinx leaders pursuing master’s degrees at USC Price. This unique opportunity provides CHCI alumni access to education and research that promote innovative solutions to the most critical public policy issues facing society today.
Through the partnership, qualified CHCI alumni will receive merit-based scholarships of $10,000 and a waived application fee when applying to USC Price’s two-year master’s programs starting in Fall of 2020. The nationally acclaimed programs provide students with cross-disciplinary skills to tackle modern challenges such as sustainability, health care, immigration, infrastructure, urban development, social policy, affordable housing, and governance. The applicants will also be considered for additional merit-based aid based on strength of application for admission.
