CHCI and the PepsiCo Foundation have partnered to present the CHCI-PepsiCo Foundation Fellowship Chronicles. This three-part documentary series features the fellowship experience through the eyes of the 2014-15 CHCI-PepsiCo Foundation Public Policy Fellows, Sarah Diaz and Rafael Hurtado.

On this episode, Sarah and Rafael reflect on the first half of their nine-month CHCI Public Policy Fellowship and share some highlights from their placements in both the nonprofit sector and the U.S. House of Representatives.

Sarah and Rafael were each given a video camera for their nine-month fellowship and asked to capture their CHCI experience — from their arrival in D.C., working on Capitol Hill, and life in our Nation’s Capital. The result is a three-part series that underscores the tremendous impact of CHCI’s premier leadership development program, as well as PepsiCo’s commitment to nurturing a diverse talent pool through our shared mission of Educating, Empowering and Connecting the next generation of Latino leaders.
