Welcome to the CHCI 2022 Leadership Conference and 45th Annual Awards Gala – the largest celebration of Latino excellence in the nation. This year’s theme “Rooted in Strength, Achieving Our Dream” highlights the very essence of our community, grounded in a rich history and vibrant heritage, leveraging both to pursue our highest ideals and the American Dream.

CHCI’s Leadership Conference includes twenty-six sessions featuring over two hundred national leaders, elected officials, and influencers. The Awards Gala will pay homage to our country’s most notable leaders for their legacies of impact and inspiration. With a mission to uplift the next generation of Latino leaders, we are honored to highlight and celebrate emerging change agents from CHCI’s leadership programs as well as our distinguished Members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.
