Heind Smith

Heind Smith, “Heidi” as most colleagues know her, is currently the US VP and Head of the Center of Operations Research and Excellence (US CORE) in US Oncology Medical at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation.  Heidi has over 20 years of industry experience including roles in the hospital, CRO and pharmaceutical environments.  Her career spans multiple therapeutic areas, indications, launches and submissions.

She has been instrumental in change management and is passionate about developing talent in organizations.

Heidi holds a BA Degree in Biology from Drew University in NJ and a Masters in Health Sciences from George Washington University.
