Juan Diaz-Cartelle

Dr. Juan Diaz-Cartelle is the Sr. Medical Director for the Peripheral Interventions division of Boston Scientific. He obtained his MD degree from the University of Navarra in Spain and completed his training as a Vascular Surgeon and Angiologist at Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Maranon in Madrid. He worked as a Research Fellow in the field of cardiovascular disease at NYU School of Medicine in New York before joining Boston Scientific in 2008. Dr. Diaz-Cartelle’s responsibilities at Boston Scientific are broad and include, among others, clinical trial development, scientific writing, medical liaison with global regulatory agencies and safety oversight.
