Maribel Sánchez

Maribel Sánchez is the Associate Manager for High School Leadership Programs at CHCI. In this role, she is responsible for developing and managing leadership programming for high school Latino/x students promoting leadership development, civic engagement, and college readiness. Her education in leadership, business management, and communication along with her four years of experience empowering and mentoring high school and college students of color allows her to bring passion and enthusiasm to the NextGen program participants. 

Being born and raised in Dodge City, KS, by two Mexican immigrants, her devotion to developing the next generation of Latino leaders is personal. She sees herself in the cohort of students she works with and is always inspired by them to lead in her own community. Fun fact: Maribel has touched the lives of over 300 students nationwide.
