Alejandra Silguero is an alum of the 2017-2018 CHCI Public Policy Fellowship. She is passionate about the intersection of technology, policy and business.

Previously, she was at Univision Communications Inc. with the Political Advocacy and Government Team as an Account Specialist. In her role, she worked with various clients on Hispanic outreach strategies, specifically in the political and advocacy field. It was in this role, she discovered a passion for data analytics, having discovered a few trends post the 2016 elections.

Prior to joining Univision, Alejandra was the STEM CHCI Fellow in the Office of Congressman Juan Vargas. She developed her policy acumen and handled a few issue areas for the member including education and telecommunication.

Alejandra graduated in 2017 with a B.S. in Business Information Systems from Lehigh University. She was born and raised in New York City – or as she says the City – and is a proud daughter of Paraguayan immigrants. In her spare time, she is training for a 10 miler, enjoying life as a cat foster mom (ask about her current foster), and planning her next travel adventures.
