Ms. Arboleda serves as Senior Director, Federal Government Affairs, for Altria Client Services, which provides professional services and support to Altria Group and its operating companies.  As part of the federal team, Ms. Arboleda is responsible for all federal legislative and regulatory activity affecting Altria Group, and its operating companies (Philip Morris USA, John Middleton, Nat Sherman, U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company, and Ste. Michelle Wine Estates). The range of issues Ms. Arboleda manages includes corporate and excise taxes, employee benefits, and tobacco product legislation and regulation. Ms. Arboleda brings more than 20 years of experience in government affairs, external affairs, and political strategy.  Prior to her current position, Ms. Arboleda was President and CEO of innovAr Strategies, LLC, a socially responsible consulting firm. Ms. Arboleda also served as Vice President of Federal Government and External Affairs at Herbalife Nutrition, where she managed a multi-pronged crisis management campaign.  Ms. Arboleda also served as Senior Advisor for then Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV).  Prior to working on Capitol Hill, Ms. Arboleda worked for civil rights organizations including UnidosUS and the National Organization for Women (NOW) where she worked on equality and criminal justice issues affecting diverse communities. Ms. Arboleda serves as Treasurer of the Hispanic Lobbyists Association (HLA) and served on the Board of Directors of the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute (CHLI) from 2017 to 2019. Ms. Arboleda received her B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University.
