2019-2020 Graduate Fellow

Flavio Bravo is the Director of the Arizona Democracy Collaborative, a multiracial coalition consisting of seven member organizations dedicated to long-term strategic planning around democracy reform in Arizona. With a background in immigration and human rights, Flavio understands the immense privilege that comes with voting and the importance of a truly representative government. Flavio is an alumni of CHCI’s 2019-2020 Graduate Fellowship Program where he served in the Office of Rep. Raúl M. Grijalva of Arizona’s 3rd congressional district.

As the President of the Phoenix Chapter of the CHCI Alumni Association, Flavio looks forward to expanding CHCI participation for Arizonans across all leadership programs as well as supporting alumni as they return back home and work for meaningful change.

Flavio is a proud first generation college graduate, holding a B.A. in Political Science & Philosophy from Loyola University Chicago and a M.A. in Migration Studies from the University of San Francisco.
