Janine joined S&P Global in 2013 and is currently a People Partner & Planning Lead for Market Intelligence. Her previous companies include Davis Polk, Fried Frank, Citi, & Dickstein Shapiro. Her areas of focus have been Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition & Relationship Management.
Janine contributes much of her strength and empowerment from volunteering in her community. She is the President of Prospanica’s New York Chapter, Co-President for Adelante, an S&P Global’s Employee Resource Group, Board Advisor for Latino U College Access and an advisor of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Alumni Association’s New York Chapter. Janine seeks to develop both students and professionals by supporting them through educational attainment and career progression.
Janine’s educational accomplishments include: a Master of Science in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from The New School; a Graduate Certificate from the Center for Women in Politics and Public Policy at the University of Massachusetts Boston, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Communications and Political Science from Emmanuel College.
Janine is a native New Yorker and currently resides in Mahwah, New Jersey where she is raising her three children with her husband Brent Jansen.
