Mr. McCoy is Senior Director of Federal Relations for Exxon Mobil Corporation, a multinational integrated oil and gas company. In this capacity he is responsible for representing the company before the House of Representatives. Prior to that, he was the Executive Director of Public Policy for Johnson Controls, a global company offering products and services to optimize energy and operational efficiencies of buildings, automotive batteries, electronics and interior systems for automobiles. Prior to Johnson Controls, he held several positions at the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), the nation’s largest broad-based manufacturing trade association. During his tenure at the NAM, he led the association’s energy and environment department and managed a team of lobbyist on matters before Congress and the Administration. Prior to his work at the NAM, Mr. McCoy held various positions at the Associated Industries of Massachusetts, where he worked on state issues pertaining to energy and the environment. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts and was the Switzer Fellow for environmental studies at Tufts University.
