Miguel Mendoza serves as a Manager in Amazon’s Public Policy team and is responsible for the company’s relationship and advocacy with key Members of Congress. He leads Amazon’s engagement on transportation policy related to ports, supply chain, and hazardous materials. Prior to joining Amazon, he worked on Capitol Hill for over 13 years. He served as the principal advisor for a Member of Congress on various issues before the Committee on Appropriations, primarily transportation, housing, defense, and national security. Miguel, a native of Miami, Florida, graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration and Latin American studies.
