Fall 2015 Congressional Intern
Ramon Hernandez is currently a third-year student at SMU’s Dedman School of Law in Dallas, TX. He hopes to graduate in May 2021 and consequently pursue a career in civil litigation in Dallas. Originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, Ramon moved to Arlington, TX in 2008. For his undergraduate studies he attended the University of Texas at Arlington, where he graduated with a double bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice, cum laude. He participated in the Congressional Internship Program in the Fall of 2015, where he interned for the office of Congressman Marc Veasey, TX-33. Ramon hopes to continue expanding the CHCI network in the DFW area by encouraging young students to participate in the different CHCI programs and by coordinating events to keep the alumni connected after their return.
