CHCI-United Health Foundation Scholar-Intern Program

Interested in a career in the healthcare industry? This unique scholar-intern program provides inspiring Latino leaders with money for college, hands-on work experience in a community-based health organization, PLUS additional professional development opportunities.

Amount: $1,000 – $5,000 per year, plus a $1,000 stipend
Focus Area: Healthcare
Location: Must study or live in one of 19 states
Internship: Student identifies local placement (80 hours by August 2016)
Deadline: April 16, 2016
