Marie Chough

Marie is Vice President of Operations at CHCI where she works to make sure the organization is able to work efficiently and effectively, from the building to internal systems. She comes to this role after over a decade with CHCI’s programs department, managing programs from scholarships to fellowships and leading the creation of the NextGen Latino Leaders program.

Prior to CHCI, she led youth leadership programming, training, and curriculum development for the national GEAR UP community. As a former teacher, she is driven by the desire to break down barriers to access and help people reach their fullest potential. She’s a Midwesterner at heart and spends her “free” time chasing her kindergartner and puppy with her husband.
