Claudia Rodriguez

Claudia Rodriguez is Director of Talent Management & Development at Wellesley College and an organizational effectiveness and transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning global consulting, higher education, nonprofit leadership, and entrepreneurship. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations strengthen leadership, build strategic partnerships, and lead complex transformation initiatives that improve organizational performance and expand opportunity.

Claudia earned a dual MBA degree from IE University (Spain) and Brown University (USA) and a bachelor’s degree from Brown University. She is an alumna of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) Internship Program. Outside of work, Claudia enjoys trying new things and is always exploring a new hobby. Most recently, that has included archery and improv comedy.
