Alejandra Moreno

Alejandra Moreno is a first-generation Mexican-American, born and raised in Laredo, Texas. As a rising senior, she is passionate about leadership, business, and community involvement. She currently serves as President of DECA and is a member of the National Honor Society, where she works to support student growth and engagement. Last summer, Alejandra gained professional experience as an intern at a customs agency, strengthening her interest in business and international trade.

She plans to pursue a career in business and use her education to create opportunities for others in her community. As the daughter of a Latino family, she values hard work, perseverance, and service. Alejandra applied to CHCI NextGen to further develop her leadership skills, connect with fellow Latino leaders, and learn how to create meaningful change within her community and beyond.
