2026 NextGen Latino Leadership Program
Evan Quiquia
Evan Quiquia is a first-generation Hispanic student from Windermere, Florida, and a rising senior at Windermere High School. He is the Founder and President of Empower Teens United (ETU), a youth-led nonprofit organization focused on mentorship, educational guidance, leadership development, and community engagement for students and families. Through ETU, Evan has organized workshops, service initiatives, mentorship opportunities, and civic engagement programs that help students build confidence and prepare for their futures.
He also serves as President of his school’s Rotary International Youth Club and Chairman of the Orange County District 1 Youth Leadership Council, where he advocates for youth voice and community change through local government initiatives. As an aspiring medical professional, Evan is passionate about expanding access to public health resources and support systems. He applied to CHCI NextGen to strengthen his leadership, connect with other Latino changemakers, and continue creating meaningful impact through representation, community service, and advocacy.
