Evelyn Rosales Flora

Evelyn Rosales Flora (she/her) is a proud leader from Washington, D.C., with a strong interest in healthcare and community empowerment. She is passionate about creating opportunities for underserved communities and advocating for equitable access to resources that improve quality of life.

Through her academic, professional, and community involvement, Evelyn has developed a commitment to service, leadership, and uplifting others. As a participant in CHCI NextGen, she hopes to deepen her understanding of leadership, public service, and policy while strengthening the skills needed to make a meaningful impact in her community. Evelyn applied to the program to explore how she can become a more effective leader and advocate for the Latino community while preparing for a future dedicated to service and positive change.
