Jessica Saenz-Jativa

Jessica Saenz-Jativa is a proud Hispanic student from Tinton Falls, New Jersey. Jessica is very dedicated to the participating in her community at school and focuses on the well being of minorities inside that community. Jessica is now leader of talk in unity a club that is designed for all students that creates a safe and welcoming space.

Along with that Jessica organized and hosted cultural day at her school in hopes of celebrating and acknowledging all the different cultures that lie within her school. Jessica applied to CHCI NextGen in hopes that she can improve on her leadership skills and learn how to take on new and bigger leadership skills. Furthermore, Jessica hopes that she can get a better insight on how to acknowledge and advocate for the members in her community that are struggling in all different kinds of ways.
