Jilberrt Rojo

Jilberrt Rojo is an Arcadia High School student from Phoenix, Arizona. Jilberrt is a first-generation student whose collegiate aspirations are to study law and political science at an out-of-state university. Additionally, Jilberrt has been honored with awards and academic positions such as the Arizona State Board of Education Student of the Month and a certificate from Brown University’s Summer@Brown pre-college program. Jilberrt’s intention towards applying to CHCI NextGen derives from his desire to find involvement within an advocacy group and an outlet to an organization that aspires to bring Latino students together and engage in meaningful political action.
