Julian Rodriguez

Julian Rodriguez is a student from Tolleson, Arizona, and a passionate youth advocate dedicated to empowering young people and creating positive change in his community. A proud Latino leader with roots in Mexico and Puerto Rico, he draws inspiration from his family’s resilience, hard work, and commitment to public service. As Class President of the 9th and 10th grade Jobs for Arizona Graduates (JAG) program, a member of the Maricopa County Teen Advisory Council, an Aguila Youth Leadership Institute Ambassador, and a BigFuture Ambassador, he promotes civic engagement and educational success.

Julian has dedicated countless hours to volunteer service, organized a community blood drive with the American Red Cross, and shared veterans’ stories for two consecutive years. He also owns his own business. Julian applied to CHCI’s NextGen Latino Leadership Program to expand his professional network, strengthen his leadership skills, amplify youth voices, and inspire meaningful change in communities nationwide.
