Valentin Garcia

Valentin Valencia Garcia is a rising senior at Westmoore High School and a proud first-generation student. Raised by a single mother, Valentin has learned the value of perseverance and service. Valentin serves as President of Sociedad Hispana, where he teaches his culture across Oklahoma. He is Vice President of marketing for his district, where he recruits members and promotes events. Founder/Director of Future Lawyers of America, created for students who are passionate about law.

And serves as manager at his family’s own business called MvFlowers. Valentin has also participated in programs such as Youth Leadership Exchange (YLX), and the Oklahoma City Police Academy. Through these experiences, he has completed over 500 volunteer hours. Valentin applied to CHCI NextGen to connect with Latino leaders from across the country and gain tools needed to create a meaningful change while pursuing his goal of becoming an attorney.
