Jesse Nikole Aman, President of the NYC CHCI Alumni Chapter, is an alumna of the Fall 2015 CHCI Congressional Internship Program. 

A first-generation Ecuadorian-New Yorker, Jesse leads community engagement and social impact strategy connecting communities of color across borders. Jesse has advanced inclusive policies and diverse strategic campaigns across public and private sectors in NYC, Washington, D.C. and Germany. Jesse envisions a more equitable society through cultural competence and inclusive community building.

 She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from the Austin W. Marie School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College. Jesse is also a proud U.S. Department of State Congress-Bundestag Fellowship Alumna where she lived and worked in Germany, and continues to be involved in the transatlantic relations space.
