Launched in 2015, the Congressional Staff Awards—formerly known as the Chief of Staff Awards initiative—celebrate senior professionals who are making a meaningful impact in Congress. The awards recognize Chiefs of Staff and other senior staff who have demonstrated a commitment to promoting diversity on Capitol Hill and advancing the Hispanic community.
