Michelle Moreno-Silva is a bilingual political communications strategist and trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior political principals. With a distinguished career defined by her steely judgment in rapid response and crisis management, she serves as a key architect of leadership narratives and legislative strategy at the highest levels of government and advocacy.
Michelle has navigated some of the most consequential moments in recent American politics, including serving as Communications Director for the Democratic Women’s Caucus during the overturning of Roe v. Wade and leading Hispanic Media operations for Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer during the first Trump presidency.
Her strategic expertise extends to banking and financial policy through her work with Senator Jack Reed. Her media placements include The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, TIME, Vogue, Univision, Telemundo, and countless others. Beyond her professional practice, Michelle serves on the Board of Directors for Planned Parenthood of Southern New England.
A proud daughter of Colombian immigrants, she is fueled by a heritage of fearlessness and a relentless work ethic. She holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University and earned her undergraduate degree at the College of the Holy Cross.
