ADRIANA BARAJAS

President
Adriana Barajas serves as Director of Federal Government Affairs at the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) the voice and advocate for the U.S. video game industry. Adriana is responsible for building strategic third-party partnerships and advocating on behalf of ESA’s policy priorities before the federal government.
Prior to joining the ESA in March 2018, Adriana worked at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) where she developed programs and educational services for young emerging Latino Leaders, and currently serves as the National President for the CHCI Alumni Association. Prior to that Adriana interned in the U.S. House of Representatives for two Members of the Arizona congressional delegation.
Born into a humble family in Guayabito Choix, Sinaloa, Mexico, Adriana, and her family immigrated to the United States in search of a better life and proudly became a U.S citizen in 2015. Adriana enthusiastically embraces all opportunities that are presented to her and believes everything is possible for those who have faith, work hard, and perseverance. She is a proud graduate of Arizona State University and one of the first in her family to obtain a college degree. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, jogging, and catching up with friends and family.
