Arely Navarrete Gering is the Development Coordinator for the International Rescue Committee in Wichita, Kansas. She also serves as a Technical Advisor for the Kansas Hispanic & Latino American Affairs Commission, where she previously held the role of commissioner, championing empowerment, advocacy, and collaboration within the Hispanic and Latino community. Arely holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and Political Science from Wichita State University and is currently pursuing an MBA at her alma mater. With a strong background in both corporate and nonprofit sectors, she is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and excellence. Outside of work, Arely enjoys running, yoga, salsa dancing, and traveling with her husband.
