Diego Javier Colón-Díaz is a high school student at CIMATEC in Caguas, Puerto Rico, where he focuses on business and entrepreneurship. He is an active member of his school’s Law Club, where he explores legal issues and how they intersect with leadership and civic responsibility. Outside the classroom, Diego is a passionate musician who enjoys performing on stage with his friends, using music as a creative outlet and a way to connect with his community. He applied to CHCI NextGen to grow as a leader, network with fellow Latino changemakers, and learn how public policy can support innovation and economic opportunity. As a proud Puerto Rican, Diego aims to use this experience to uplift his community and inspire other young leaders across the island.
