Edward Carlson

Vice President of Leadership Development
Edward Carlson is a technology and telecommunications attorney with over a decade of experience working for public interest organizations and the US government. Currently, he is a Senior Legal Advisor for the Federal Communications Commission, Office of International Affairs, where he provides legal and policy counsel to the Chief of the office. He previously was a Senior Attorney at the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP), General Counsel, US Department of Commerce and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration. Originally from Guatemala City, Guatemala, he has a JD from the University of Iowa and a BA, cum laude, from Colorado College.
