Frank Uriarte

Frank Uriarte is a student leader, civic advocate, and nonprofit founder based in Miami, Florida. Currently a high school junior, he is passionate about uplifting immigrant and first-generation students through education, leadership, and community engagement. Frank founded Futuri Ductores, a student-led nonprofit dedicated to empowering ESOL students and helping them become civically active and academically prepared for higher education. He is also actively involved in Student Government, DECA, and Model UN, and serves as the Junior Language Coordinator for the Miami-Dade PTSA Youth Representative Committee. Through these roles, Frank advocates for language accessibility, equity in education, and meaningful youth participation in policymaking.
