Franklin Rivas Wright

Franklin Rivas Wright is an American citizen who grew up and spent most of his childhood in French-speaking Switzerland. Seven years ago, he moved back to the U.S., where he began to explore his Hispanic side despite his French accent. Franklin values uniqueness within people and experiences. Today, he continues to learn the true meaning of being a Hispanic-American. Within school, Franklin is the head of the Conservative Club, a member of his school’s Global Ambassadors program, and a member of his school’s Latino and Hispanic affinity group. Outside of school, Franklin strives to learn more about his country and real-world issues through debates and late-night talks with friends and family. Franklin applied to CHCI NextGen to network and get an inside view of Capitol Hill.
