Gustavo Chavira

Gustavo Chavira is an accomplished Enterprise Partner Manager at Uber, with a proven track record in business strategy, partnership management, and diversity leadership. Originally from El Paso, TX, he holds triple degrees from Texas Tech University, earning a B.B.A. in International Business, a B.B.A. in Management, and a B.A. in Spanish.

At Uber, Gustavo plays a pivotal role in driving enterprise partnerships and shaping workplace culture. He has been recognized as a 2023 Uberstar for his outstanding contributions and serves as a Co-Lead for the Los Ubers Employee Resource Group, fostering an inclusive and empowering environment for Latino employees. Additionally, he is an active member of the Enterprise Culture Committee, helping to enhance employee engagement and organizational development.

Beyond his professional work, Gustavo is a dedicated community leader. He volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters and has served on various Diversity & Inclusion leadership boards and mentorship organizations.
