Isabella Delgado-Castillo (she/her/ella) is a civil engineer at Toole Design Group, a transportation planning, engineering and landscape architecture firm that specializes in helping create innovative streets and dynamic communities.
Isabella is an alumna of CHCI’s Summer 2021 Congressional Internship program, where she served as a Congressional Intern in the office of Representative Darren Soto (FL 9th District). Passionate about community and change making, through both the built environment and policy, she received her B.S. in Civil Engineering and B.A. in Political Science at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana.
As Vice President of Civic Engagement for the DC Chapter of the Alumni Association, Isabella looks forward to helping create spaces for alumni to connect with both the local community and each other.
