U.S. House Judiciary Committee

Juan Carlos Mora serves as Staff Assistant to the Democratic Staff of the U.S. House Judiciary Committee, under the leadership of Ranking Member Jerry Nadler (D-NY). He previously served U.S. Senator Alex Padilla, U.S. Representative Mike Thompson, and Cornerstone Government Affairs.

Juan Carlos hails from Napa Valley, California, and is a proud first-generation son of Mexican and Nicaraguan immigrants. He graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Philosophy from the George Washington University, where he now pursues an M.A. in Public Policy. His scholarship focuses on the political philosophy of constitutional law, administrative law, and regulatory policy.
