U.S. Representative Ritchie Torres

He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Houston, where he graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Economics. Following his graduation, Leonardo moved to Washington D.C. as part of a fellowship cohort. During his tenure, he interned for Congressman Henry Cuellar (D-TX) and Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL).
