Paola Maynulet is a rising senior at Ransom Everglades School in Miami, Florida. She is the proud daughter of Puerto Rican parents. Her heritage fuels her passion for advocacy, public service, and immigrant rights. She serves as president of her school’s Speech and Debate team, where she hones her communication and leadership skills, and she volunteers with the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA), supporting legal initiatives that assist underserved communities. Paola applied to CHCI NextGen to further develop her leadership skills, connect with like-minded peers, and gain insight into policy and civic engagement. She hopes to use this experience as a springboard to create lasting change in her community and beyond.
