U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren 

Ruby Robles currently serves as the Press Secretary for U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren. In this role, she is responsible for leading press rollouts, interacting and corresponding with reporters, and managing Senator Warren’s social media platforms. Ruby is also the current President of the Congressional Hispanic Staff Association (CHSA), where she serves as the lead representative for CHSA, whose mission is to recruit, retain, and advance Latino staff in Congress. Previously, she worked at Warren for President, in the congressional office of then-U.S. Representative and Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness Gil Cisneros, and for Representatives Nanette Diaz Barragan and Norma J. Torres. 

Ruby was born in Culiacán Sinaloa, Mexico, and immigrated to the United States with her mother at the age of six in search of a better life. She grew up in Los Angeles, California, and graduated from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
