Fabian Lucero 

Fabian Lucero, Esq. is a Director of Federal Advocacy at the Pharmaceutical Researchers and Manufactures of America (PhRMA) focused on health equity and policy issues within the purview of the House Ways and Means Committee and House Tri-Caucus Members. He is also a First Lieutenant Judge Advocate in the United States Army Reserve. He previously served as Legislative Director and Counsel for a South-Florida Democrat after working for the House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Health as Legislative Assistant and Clerk staffing the committee-wide Racial Equity Initiative. Fabian is an alum of the CHCI Postgraduate Fellowship Program.
