Andrés Guerra is the son of Puerto Rican parents. He is currently a representative at the student council body, local Order of the Chapter Chief, and award winning researcher. He is very compassionate and humble with his his community. The NextGen Program provided an eye-opening experience and the tools to create a better and more prosperous Latino community.
